I have had so much fun putting together baby girl's nursery. It has probably been one of the easiest and most calming room to put together, like I was always meant to do. Maybe because it is feminine which comes more naturally to me or maybe just because I have been planning on having her my whole life. The theme for the room was feminine, whimsical rose garden with a touch of swan lake.
The room of course has a pieces of my mum in here, so she always is reminded of her guardian angel. The white tutu was brought and altered by mum for my nieces when they were my flower girl. In her wooden house there is a little picture of mum along with a Coco Chanel book, the first thing I ever bought for her. She is surrounded with all items her Grandma would of chosen for her, tutus and caplets, Chanel shoes, bows and books. The rainbows throughout represent, the sunshine after the sorrow, she is our little sunshine.
I can't wait to bring her home and creating memories with her in her beautiful new space.
I have created a video journey into her room which is after the photos. All stockists listed below. Thank you to all the brands involved.
